Alexis Chazard and Gwenola Wagon produce sound and visual pieces under the group name of Cela Etant (‘Jardin d’hiver’, ‘Plus loin’, ‘Un sapin de noël chez les Ivanov’...), works that have been displayed in various events and festivals (Kassel, Vidéoformes, Caen, Hérouville...).

Tutors at Paris 8 University, France, they also run several workshops: Seuils in Paris, Transferts in Geneva, and Suspens(e) in Kyoto. Their wide range of activities occasionally involves performance (as in ‘Parcours de l’Artnimal’, based on Jérôme Bertin’s writings), theater, video and sound (part of the Continuum show on Radio Aligre).
They’ve also been exploring interactive video technologies with works like ‘LandMap’ and ‘Forget me not’, exhibited during the Villette Numérique and Playable 1 & 2 exhibitions in Geneva and Kyoto.
